1. Eligibility

To book our Services, you must:
  • Be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a contract (for individual bookings).
  • If booking on behalf of others (e.g., family, group), you must have the authority to bind all travelers to these Terms and provide accurate information about each traveler.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information (including personal details, travel preferences, and medical conditions) to us.
  • Have a valid passport or travel document (for international travel) and meet the visa requirements of the destination country.

2. Booking Process & Confirmation

Booking Process

You can book our Services through our website, email, phone, or in person at our office. When you submit a booking request, you are making an offer to purchase our Services. We reserve the right to accept or reject your booking request (e.g., if the service is fully booked, or if we have concerns about your eligibility).

Booking Confirmation

Your booking will be confirmed only when we send you a written booking confirmation (via email or post) containing your booking reference number, service details, travel dates, total price, and payment terms. The booking confirmation, together with these Terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us.

Payment Terms

  • A deposit (typically 20-50% of the total price) is required to secure your booking, due upon submission of your booking request.
  • The remaining balance is due by the deadline outlined in your booking confirmation (typically 30-60 days before travel, depending on the service).
  • All payments must be made in GBP (British Pounds Sterling) via the payment method specified in the booking confirmation (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, PayPal).
  • Late payments will result in the cancellation of your booking (without refund of the deposit) if the balance is not paid by the due date.

3. Service Provision

Service Scope

We will provide the Services outlined in your booking confirmation with reasonable care, skill, and professionalism, in accordance with industry standards and the details agreed upon. We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary, accommodation, or transportation if necessary (e.g., due to third-party service changes), and will notify you of any changes as soon as possible. Major changes will be discussed with you, and you will have the option to accept the change, request an alternative, or cancel with a full refund (minus non-refundable costs).

Customer Responsibilities

To enable us to provide the Services effectively, you agree to:
  • Provide all necessary information (e.g., passport details, visa documentation, medical conditions) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Comply with the laws, customs, and regulations of the destination country (including travel restrictions, health requirements, and cultural norms).
  • Follow the instructions of our guides, drivers, and staff during the trip.
  • Inform us promptly of any changes to your travel plans, medical conditions, or contact details.
  • Ensure that all travelers in your party have valid travel documents and meet the visa requirements of the destination.
We will not be liable for any delays, errors, or issues caused by your failure to fulfill these responsibilities.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations by You

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must submit a written cancellation request to us. The amount of refund (if any) will depend on the cancellation date and the type of service booked, as outlined in our Refund Policy. Cancellations made after the deadline will result in no refund (except in special circumstances).

Cancellations by Us

We may cancel your booking if: (i) there are insufficient travelers to operate the tour; (ii) the destination is deemed unsafe (e.g., due to political unrest, natural disasters); (iii) third-party service providers (airlines, hotels) fail to deliver their services; or (iv) you breach these Terms. If we cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund (minus non-refundable costs) or an alternative booking.

Changes to Bookings

If you wish to make changes to your booking (e.g., travel dates, number of travelers, accommodation), you must submit a written request. We will use reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee availability. Changes may be subject to additional fees (e.g., third-party service fees, administrative fees), which will be notified to you before confirming the change.

5. Liability & Indemnification

Our Liability

We will be liable for any direct damages caused by our own negligence, breach of contract, or failure to provide the Services in accordance with the booking confirmation and these Terms. Our total liability to you for any claim (whether arising from negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise) will be capped at the total price paid by you for the relevant Services.
We will not be liable for:
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (e.g., loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, missed opportunities, reputational damage).
  • Damages caused by your negligence, breach of these Terms, or failure to comply with destination laws or regulations.
  • Damages caused by third parties (e.g., airlines, hotels, attraction operators, or other travelers).
  • Damages caused by force majeure (circumstances beyond our control), including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or changes to government travel restrictions.
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings (we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover this).
  • Injuries or illnesses sustained during the trip (unless caused by our negligence).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
  • Your breach of these Terms or the booking confirmation.
  • Your negligence or failure to comply with destination laws, regulations, or cultural norms.
  • False or misleading information provided by you.
  • Claims made by third parties (e.g., other travelers, service providers) related to your actions or omissions during the trip.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost or stolen belongings, and travel delays. You are responsible for ensuring that your travel insurance covers all activities included in your booking (e.g., adventure sports, international travel). We are not liable for any losses not covered by your travel insurance.
